This tincture is a limited edition and is available with or without CBD.   This listing is for with CBD.  The combination of herbs in this tincture will help you fall asleep and stay asleep. Start with 10 drops under the tongue 30 minutes before bed. If you cannot take under the tongue warm up 2-4 ounces of water and add a teaspoon of honey and 10 drops of tincture. 
 
Contains 1000mg of CBD per oz.
